D.C.'s so-called 'Mayor for Life' is back in the hospital, and his spokesperson said late Tuesday afternoon that he had been moved to the medical intensive care unit. Ward 8 Councilmember Marion Barry checked into Howard University Hospital late Monday night, complaining of feeling weak.
