This week, Senators McCain, Obama and Clinton mapped out their plans to shore up the faltering economy -- what does each say about foreclosures and the Bear Stearns bailout? We speak with David Leonhardt of the New York Times. We also speak with Nariman Behravesh, Chief Economist for Global Insight. We preview tomorrow's presidential elections in Zimbabwe with Xan Smiley, Middle East and Africa Editor for The Economist Magazine. The lights will be turned off tomorrow night between 8-9pm in more than 35 US cities including the flagship cities of Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago and San Francisco. It's all part of "Earth Hour," a campaign organized by the conservation group, The World Wildlife Fund. Dramatic films about the war in Iraq have fared poorly at the box office. Is it that audiences don't want to see Iraq at at the movies, or is it the quality of the films themselves? We talk to Boston Globe film critic Ty Burr.

Stock markets the world over remain volatile today, following steep drops in overseas markets the last two days. The US Federal Reserve made a surprise announcement this morning saying it would cut two key interest rates, but US markets plunged 300 points within minutes of the opening bell. We'll speak with Nariman Behravesh, chief economist for the economic forecasting firm, Global Insight. New York Times journalists Damien and Diana Cave are just back from a year covering Iraq. We'll speak with them about what they saw there and how the experience has affected their marriage. Environmentalists, Native Americans, farmers, fishermen and government agencies have all signed on to an agreement to bring down four dams on the much-fought-over Klamath River that flows through Oregon and northern California... but will the power company that owns the dams also sign on? Bringing down the dams would bring endangered wild salmon back to the Klamath. We speak with Peter Sleeth, editor of
