Mukasey says last month's Supreme Court ruling that gave foreign suspects the right to challenge their detention leaves significant questions unanswered. We speak to with Evan Perez who covers the Justice Department for the Wall Street Journal.

With Congress about to break for Thanksgiving, we'll check on crucial pending legislation, including war funding, The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, Farm Bill, and Alternative Minimum Tax. Gail Chaddock of The Christian Science Monitor is our guest. Scape-goating pervades our literature, criminal courts, religion, and politics.
