The group says that people, especially Muslims, don't know their legal rights, and that they are sometimes subjected to excessive scrutiny. The Supreme Court rules that foreign terrorism suspects held at Guantanamo Bay have rights under the Constitution to challenge their detention in civilian courts in the US.
