Russian Consulate Suspicious Letter
Sources tell Fox 5 News that a suspicious substance was found in the mailroom of the Russian consulate in Manhattan early Wednesday morning. Police said the substance turned out to be harmless is likely a hoax similar to the previous five suspicous substances sent to missions and consulates since Monday. Watch the video report.

White Powder Sent to 3 U.N. Missions
Authorities are investigating some suspicious letters containing white powder that were sent to three foreign-government missions to the United Nations in Manhattan. Letters arrived at the missions of Uzbekistan, Austria, and France Monday, police said.
