Sources tell Fox 5 News that a suspicious substance was found in the mailroom of the Russian consulate in Manhattan early Wednesday morning. Police said the substance turned out to be harmless is likely a hoax similar to the previous five suspicous substances sent to missions and consulates since Monday. Watch the video report.
