" It's highly likely to the Boston Globe here at Gillette Stadium in the first two rounds in the NFL draft. Completed today in the patriots come away with 42 round picks and I'd like to break down my thoughts into three categories sort of a general philosophy. They felt the patriots took in this draft would like to go through the players they picked. Give a quick comment on each guy and finally. Just look ahead to an area that I think the patriot didn't address that might be a little bit of an area of concern so organizational philosophy in this draft seems to me that the patients identified the second and third rounds as those with the death of the value in this draft and when we talk about value that the combination between talent. And economics and that's obvious because they started -- 23 pick in the first round. Traded down twice they ended up with a 42 round picks and four. Third round picks let's go through the players that they picked the safety Patrick Chung. To -- steps right in as the third man in that three headed safety rotation we started last year with -- Rodney Harrison James Sanders and Brandon Meriweather. I think -- could potentially play that Harrison type role little bit closer to the line of scrimmage maybe lineup over a tight and then possibly be affected in that role second player Ron brace nose tackle to me. This is sort of a look ahead you have Vince Wilfork such a key part of this. Gotta keep the pipeline -- a player they can develop Darius butler the next second round pick. Hard not to like this one I have I'm going to the patriots in the first round in my mock draft. I think it's a steal of the 41 overall pick I think he helps right away Bill Belichick said and I agree you can never have enough cover men in -- spread the field NFL. And finally Sebastien -- you know some might say it's a reach but I think the patriots are pretty hot and this guy obviously they I picked in the second round of the big. -- long run to put him in that -- Scott -- school of offensive linemen and hope that he develops not finally. An area the patriots didn't address here in the draft that might be an area of concern. The pass rush. 26 out of 32 teams on third down last either I thought that spoke to a little bit of an inconsistent pass. Pass rush maybe some leaky coverage in the secondary patriots did add two members of the secondary in this draft but no pass -- Could Jason Taylor possibly be far behind. Or is this a vote of confidence to players like Pierre Woods Shawn Crable Vince -- telling Banta-Cain to me that's one of those spots that came to mind the fact. Dissected the patriots work in the first two rounds of this NFL draft."
