Mr. chairman that he and they're they're different kinds of ideas that are being discussed right now with respect to what the structure of this agreement -- ought to look like one of -- one of date. One of the ideas of exactly what it and quite an interest in one is been proposed by Australia. Sort of -- something similar by South Korea a little bit different. Which would contemplate countries.
