Description: On October 23, Gordon Engineering Leader candidates participated in a "Leadership Reaction Course". Planned and executed by Senior GELs, the LRC featured a series of exercises in which Junior GELs discovered the value of effective team communications and grew to understand via experiential learning the concepts of delivering a project on time, on budget and to specifications. This is the second in a series of "shorts" that capture the LRC exercises, including the rationale behind each exercise, how student leaders performed, and a debrief led by Senior GELs and program staff highlighting lessons learned.
