Air coming from the southeast on Cape Cod where have been a little nor'easter tonight in the nation as a whole is experiencing a cooling trend. Cloudy it's cool and we've got rain developing across southern <b>New</b> <b>England</b> so it's not the best -- for a lot of us but the farther north you had. The more -- staying dry out there we have an area of low pressure off towards ourselves we have moisture coming in off the ocean we have some heavy downpours imbedded in here and that's because a lot a lot of cold air. High in the sky and that tends to create some instability you can see more showers off towards our south moving through the mid Atlantic. An area of low pressure right off the Carolinas is going to continue. To move to the north and east high pressure still holding on strong -- across <b>New</b> <b>England</b> so the rain is going to continue to movement. But it's going to be slow to do so at least across northern <b>New</b> <b>England</b> here's a time -- 11 AM you can see that later on this afternoon we will continue to -- and here across southeastern areas of <b>New</b> <b>England</b>. And some of those looks and backward into western Massachusetts and Connecticut. Up as far as really it's up in New Hampshire ... <br/><b>[0:01:44]</b> ... is saying is that -- Wednesday a little bubble high pressure controlled <b>new</b> <b>England's</b> -- extends all the way back down into the Tennessee valley.
